Install with precaution because it is a bear trap and can be very dangerous. Made in collaboration with the ministère de la Forêt, de la Faune et des Parcs (mffp).

INSTALLATION DIRECTIVES
1. Put the trap on the ground; secure it so that it does not move. Arm the spring and immediately engage the two safety hooks because the trap can trigger during the installation and cause injury.
2. Never put your face or any other body part inside the armed trap or in front of the spring.
3. Install the trap in the appropriate location. Remove the safety hooks. The trap is set.
4. Install the trap on the tree at eye level (approximately 5ft or 1.52m.
