Without looking like it, the NeoLoft is a real sleeping pad for hiking. Inside and out, every element of the NeoLoft works together to provide optimal comfort while keeping it incredibly light and easy to carry. The 3D design gives the mattress a thickness of almost 11.7 cm (4.6 inches), making the NeoLoft the ideal mattress for side sleepers. Vertical side partitions connect the top and bottom and eliminate the rounded edges of mattresses that do not use 3D technology. This increases the lying surface by 20% and provides excellent stability: you don't roll off the mattress when you roll over in the middle of the night.

The exterior of the NeoLoft is made of stretch knit knit (the NeoLoft is the first air mattress to use a stretch knit fabric). Stretch knit is a base layer-like fabric with multi-directional elasticity. It is much softer to the touch than the nylon fabrics typically used for camping mattresses. Thanks to the elasticity of the fabric, the NeoLoft fits your body better and minimizes pressure points by naturally adapting to your morphology. The ContourCore Matrix inside is the centerpiece that makes the NeoLoft the perfect mattress for hiking. It provides effective insulation by minimizing convective heat loss with two stacked rows of triangular pneumatic chambers, and the ThermaCapture™ system reflects the heat produced by your body, providing an all-season R-value of 4.7. We have integrated pneumatic tubes on the sides. They form side rails when the mattress is inflated. Your body senses the edges of the mattress in a tactile way and they prop you back towards the middle to prevent you from rolling off the mattress.

We have equipped the NeoLoft with our TwinLock™ valve system for high-volume mattresses. This two-valve system allows the NeoLoft to be quickly inflated with a dedicated one-way inlet valve, and quickly emptied using a dedicated outlet valve. Paired with a high-volume pump bag with reinforced seams, the NeoLoft inflates and stores quickly and efficiently.
