ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (WEB / MARKETING)
📍 On-site position in Drummondville
🕒 20 to 30 hours per week

Passionate about adventure and nature, we offer a wide range of equipment for various activities such as skiing, scuba diving, hunting, fishing, and many other outdoor sports. The Position
We’re looking for a versatile administrative assistant with an interest in web and digital marketing. If you’re organized, creative, comfortable with digital tools, and passionate about sports, this job is for you!
Main Responsibilities
- Enter new products on our website (images, descriptions, prices, etc.)
- Review and update existing product descriptions as needed
- Participate in inventory management
- Verify product listings to ensure accuracy
- Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook)
- Respond to online customer inquiries
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve the website
Profile Sought
- Relevant experience or education in administration, marketing, or e-commerce (an asset)
- Strong written French skills
- Good written English (ability to understand and write basic product descriptions)
- Basic knowledge of website management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable using social media and content creation tools
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Interest in outdoor sports (a big plus!)
